Not necessarily. A consistent approach can still account for differences in size, users, applications, connectivity, and physical constraints.
Does this include physical cabling or access-control systems?
Those needs are discussed based on the project and delivery model. They are not assumed to be included in every network engagement.
Can the network be managed after the project?
Ongoing administration can be scoped when it fits the environment and the responsibilities that need to be covered.
