Does SSO fit every application?
It depends on the application’s supported sign-in methods, licensing, and the organization’s identity setup. Those details are reviewed before a design is proposed.
Can access policies be updated without changing every tool?
Some controls can be centralized, but the right approach depends on the identity provider and each application’s capabilities.
Is data backup included?
Backup is discussed separately when a specific product, retention policy, and responsibility model are agreed. Native retention alone is not treated as a complete backup plan.
